In Volume 1 of this series, you'll follow Emery and his Bolex camera's through the end of steam and into the first generation diesel era. Then you'll go along with him as he spends a good part of a year chasing that well known Northern type steam engine #8444 in his story called 'The Year of the 8444'
The Northern interfaces with many of the U.P. crack 'City' trains and freights as well! Many freight and passenger trains, turbines, and first generation diesels are covered in this two hour train chasing extravaganza!

Union Pacific Odyssey Volume 2
Emery Gulash takes you on a fantastic journey where Volume 1 left off. Volume 2 covers the 60's and 70's. You will see more first generation diesels, 'City' trains, New second generation diesels, more Big Blows (turbines), the Centennial locomotives, and DD-35's, as well as many other Classic diesels.
The Golden Spike Centennial at Promontory Point in 1969 is prominently covered including special trains from parts of the U.S. which converged on the scene for the reenactment. Many of those trains were pulled by steam!

Union Pacific Super Railroad Volume 1
Volume one starts in western Illinois, later we follow the tracks along the old Lincoln Highway (route 30) and then take you along the UP route all the way to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Fast paced action, multiple train meets and much more!
You’ll take a trip into Bailey Yard (The worlds largest), where you visit a hump tower, take a tour around the engine service facilities, and get a birds eye view of the yard from one of the towers as well as from the ground. Action abounds at many well known “hot spots” such as Archer Hill and Sidney, Nebraska where the Burlington Northern crosses the UP.

Union Pacific Super Railroad Volume 2
Green Frog presents the second volume of the Super Railroad. We first take you to the coal fields north of Cheyenne, including Bill Wyoming, where a continuosly full yard of complete coal trains boggles the mind as they wait for clearance to there respective mines. You’ll visit some of the mines in the Powder River Coal Basin, and catch the long trains working their way to and from the mines.
Then we’ll follow the UP to Sherman Hill, including the Hermosa tunnels. Among just a few of our many beautiful action paced photographic locations, we’ll visit Walcott Canyon, Green River, Granger, the twin tunnels near Evanston, and the Weber River/Echo Canyon area, finally arriving in Ogden. Lots of western mountain action.
